I don't know the circumstances around your break up but I can say that it is important to talk to friends and keep on going.
Cry when you need to, get some sleep, eat even when you don't feel like it, and try not to dwell on it too much.
The feeling of being ignorant to the circumstances isn't all that unusual.
Don't worry, you will gain insight as time passes.
That is also the only thing that will really help the other feelings you have.
