Out here in sunny California we have hot-tub bath houses or Japanese-style bath houses. Whatever the name, you can rent a private room by the hour with a hot-tub or whirlpool bath or whatever -- depends on the place. And if you think people just bathe in those rooms, you've got another think coming. But many such places are pretty classy; you got anything like that back where you are?
It's going to cost, but probably not as much as a hotel room.
