oye.. piracy isnt eradicated for the cube
per se, it's just harder than hell to do. For instance.. i myself have been developing for the GCN for a few months now, If i wanted to i could very "easily" get into pirated games.. but i dont want to because that is illegal. Hell.. im not even sure if developing homebrew games is quite legal.. but since im not selling anything (or even remotely close toa finished product) im not to worried about it
I t's mroe of a portfolio peice, and something im personally interested in. I figured instead of waiting for a game to be developed that has features i want, i'd just make it.
