Let's try to put this in perspective. I don't know how old you are - but I'm guessing pretty young. Humans typically live to around 75 years of age. She wants to wait 3 more weeks you say before getting more physical with you?
I say respect her wishes and wait and just enjoy getting to know her. No need to rush things
