Rescue Remedy is a liquid - you give them a few drops directly in the mouth with a dropper if they'll lap it up, or on a treat or in their water. Valerian comes usually in capsule form. You can get it in tea bags but it smells like feet so the capsule form is the less stinky of the options. I just bust them open and feed them to my neurotic cat. She laps it up. She doesn't pee outside the box, but she does lick her belly bald/raw. The valerian especially has helped with that.
