thats it right there, sure the victim "wanted" to be killed, that might not be right because they said he might not have been rationally thinking, but still, He should not not not be charged with the euthansia-like charge, that one should be reserved for actual euthansia. This was murder, admitted, fair and premeditated. I don't understand how any docter could call him "sane" when HE KILLED AND ATE A MAN AND VIDEO TAPED IT! is the fact escaping the docters?
