This is exactly what's wrong with the new Medicare bill. It guarantees the health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies a profit.
It's sad that post-Enron the republicans really haven't stepped up to the plate on corporate responsiblity. For the party that espouse the "free-market", I see precious little of the free market being allowed to work.
