This just happened to me. Here is what I did.
Pushing the fuzzy slot-liner stuff aside, (heh, did I just say that?) I was able to see the CD. I used a really frickin sharp pocket knife to pierce the edge fo the CD and pulled it out.
The CD was actually fine afterwards. The small hole I made was not in any of the data. (CD's write from center out, so there is no data near the edges)
If you aren't a knife-freak like myself, an exacto knof would probably do the trick.
