A Banned members forum!
The subject of another thread gave me this idea!
All members that have been banned from TFP will get access to one forum, Tilted Banned. That way, they can talk to each other about how and why they got banned. At least they'd be participating on TFP and will be somewhat motivated to do so!
Eventually, if they post enough reasonable stuff on Tilted Banned, their ban can be lifted...
