I'm not sure if you ment yer leaving the 27th or 20th but oh well.
You need to see the 2 cities of Toledo and Cordoba. Toledo is a small town where they became world famous for thier swordmanship. Everywhere I turned I was shocked to see amazing swordsmiths and little shops that time had passed over.
But if you miss Cordoba then you've missed a truly amazing place. It was a city that The Spanish built with a HUGE cathedral and gardens walls castle etc. Then the Moors took it over and built onto what the Spanish built. Then after a few hundred years the Spanish reclaimed the city so all of the buildings are a complete mix of gothic and arabic design. There is actually a massive Cathedral that when you go inside its a big big mosque. But the inner sanctuary is all Roman Catholic. Its a hoot.
