Actually that's not true. The Big East is guaranteed a BCS bid for the conference champion since it is one of the major 6 conferences. WVU's only shot at it is if Pitt beats Miami, and is no more than 5 places ahead of WVU in the BCS rankings. That's very doubtful b/c Pitt will get a heck of a lot of bonus points for defeating Miami. So more than likely Pitt will get the bid over WVU if they beat Miami. If Miami beats Pitt, then Miami gets it out right since they won the head to head over WVU. So I'm just praying that Wake defeats Maryland next week, considering NC State gave the game away tonight
. If not, it looks like it will be back to the Tire Bowl again for WVU. Not a bad bowl, would just like to see them get higher than that after last year being 2nd in the league, which should've been the Gator Bowl, and this year a tie for 1st in the league, which should be possibly the Orange Bowl (BCS Bowl) or atleast the Gator this year. But looks doubtful
