There two threads running on this board right now - this one and one about another totally inane act by the 9th Circuit Court.

While these two posts may be extremes it does show how far apart some parts of the country have drifted. The attitude of the town in Kansas probably would generate much more support than anything done by the 9th Circuit - Conflict? There is a definite rift developing in this country - call it liberal/conservative or call it us/them - call it whatever suits you best but a lot of people are totally fed up with a lot of what the ninth circuit seems to believe should be the law of the land - and just think - once it was over a 1/10th of a cent tax and all hell broke loose.
