I think to lean over and nibble on her ear, and then whisper something to the effect, "I want you soooo badly."
this usually results in a very enthralled smile or receiving the evil laser beam eyes.
EDIT: this may only work with a SO, but hey, if your sitting with a complete stranger or a general acquaintance maybe you'll luck out!
