I've decided that I'm going to NYC in the spring/summer. I've never really traveled anywhere as an adult.
Simple question first, Which airline do you prefer? I wanna save money on the plane because It's not a very long trip.
I'd want to have a hotel room that I don't want to leave, Something with more than a bed and bath. Something close to Broadway. I was thinking something like The Waldorf Astoria.
Next I need somewhere to eat. I only have 2 rules about where I want to eat. The food has to look cooked, and I the menu needs to be in english(or at least have english subtitles
)
Where to go.. I want to see a few landmarks. Hopefully see Ground Zero. Visit a few Broadway shows, few landmarks go shopping and whatever else people recommends.
Few more Questions. How much should I expect to pay for a decent meal, cab rides, tipping doormen/busboys visiting landmarks? etc etc etc...(aka how much money to keep on me)
Is spring/summer a bad time to go? It seems like everything is booked a year in advance
Anything I'm missing?
