I don't know who the artist was. What he wrote was SiCAF 2003. This was done at the Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival 2003. The transitory nature of what he did makes it so incredible. I really wish I knew the guy's name.

I checked out their web page but couldn't find out the artist's name. If anyone knows Korean here, they might have a better chance

Update: Parangako is the artist's name. He's a hungarian animator.
