Try meditation and a mental journey.
It may or may not help.
Take a hot bath, relax. Go to a place where your not disturbed.
Make sure you can stay awake at that place between wake and sleep. Keep a notebook handy to jot down shit later.
Just imagine, almost like pretending, or daydreaming. You are sleeping, you sleepwalk, you go to the closet and search for the door, you find it, you open it, you go through it, you look around...what do you see or feel. Whats there. Dont try to hard, just kinda go with the flow.
Write it down and see if anything relative comes to mind in your real, day to day life, ect.
It may be hard the first few times, but keep trying.
If that doesnt help, I dont know. Slack off the drugs!
