Parity certainly has done away with any sort of dynasty forming. You won't see any more Steeler teams of the 70's, or Packer teams of the 60's, because as soon as the players become skilled enough to win the Super Bowl, they demand too high a price and become cap casualties.
It is entertaining now on Sundays, as any team can beat just about any other team. Perfect example last week with the Jags beating the Colts.
I'm enjoying this competition now, but I can see the day come when 30 teams finish 8-8, one team finishes 7-9, and the Super Bowl is won by the team that went 9-7.
