Let me channel my nutritionist for a minuet, all set.
What you need is protein and carbs. Think dairy, mile yogurt and cheeses. Beans are excellent, they do double duty. Chili is cheap. Pasta with egg and a whit sauce is also good. The best thing I've found for the none meal meal is dietary supplement drinks.
Boost is very good,put it in the freezer and it's just like a milk shake
