My guess, based on my experience, is that your health will start to deteriorate very rapidly.
However, some people (very rare) are funny with sleep. They react well to stimulants, in that they can basically take amphetamines but retain the capacity to tell what is good and what is not. The most famous example is the mathematician Erdos, who only slept a couple of hours a night and made a huge contribution to modern maths.
But I'd say it's more likely that you're normal. Sleep is a really necessary thing, and I suggest that if you're getting as little as you say, that you look for triggers...for one thing, no caffeine after 5pm. If you can't think of anything that might be causing your insomnia, or if you get rid of all your stimulants and you still can't sleep, see a doctor.
