Linux software equivalents

So I finally took the leap and made the switch over to Linux the other day. What convinced me was when I discovered OpenOffice.org -- I realized that there were, in fact, applications that could match the functionality of their Windows equivalents. Here's what I've learned so far:

Microsoft Office -> OpenOffice.org
Windows Media -> MPlayer
Microsoft Outlook -> Evolution

Two things I'm still really looking for are a good file-sharing program like Kazaa and a replacement for Microsoft Money--Gnucash doesn't have budgeting capabilities.

What else have you found out there in free software land that matches the capabilities of M$ software?
