Yeah they're legit. The main issue you'd want to be concerned with is the experience and maturity of the people with whom you speak. No, it's not a front for prostitutes. Several of my friends used to be NOC monkeys for AFF (they call it Fuck Finder). I met one guy from AFF. He was the one who took me to the Vaginal Fisting Seminar. It was interesting and fun. More importantly, he was not a psycho killer or anything whacky. It's basically like any other dating or friend finding site, but with a concentration in kinks and sex.
