They aren't "rigged" in the sense that someone decides who they want to get it and that is it. It is widely known that they are as political as anything, with people with record company connections voting for their artists and doing "scratch your back and scratch mine" agreements with others.
Alan Jackson was deserving of the awards he got, but not as much as Toby Keith or Kenny Chesney, both of should've won.
