Normally I don't bother with the doctor until something major happens. In the past 2 years I've had to go to the ER for a couple of dislocated shoulders, to get a hernia looked at, and to bring a friend to get stitches. Far too many visits for my liking, nothing sucks worse than a hospital waiting room.
