a great way to c cook acorn squash is to cut it in half put about

2 Tb. butter
1-3 Tb. browns sugar(your taste)
sprinkle of cinnamon
tiny bit of nutmeg(optional)

bake 45 min to an hour @ 400 loosly covereded in foil for first half hour or so
