A woman's cycle is a tricky thing, and I've never known many to be like clockwork unless there's some sort of birth control. Though if she did have the patch, I wonder why she was so quick to get the pills. Sounds a little odd. I've gone 4 months without a period and without getting pregnant, so like everyone has said, a few days is no big deal. And as far as the jabs for not knowing much, don't feel bad. But you should use condoms even if she is on birth control, because there is no pill that protects you against STD's. Good luck!!
