If there's one thing you should get out of this post is that YOU MUST GO TO THE DOCTOR!
And I just want to tell you a story, my best friend got her whole uterus removed when she was 13, and it wasn't the end of her life. She's had plenty of boyfriends and she's planning on adopting when she wants kids. You shouldn't be with a guy who wouldn't be with you because you can't bear his children, so don't worry about the guy thing.
Just try to live you life like normal and please go see a doctor soon. I really wish you the best in all of this and keep us posted on how things are going.
