oh, and i'm impressed she's know that it was her ovaries hurting. i don't even think i'd know where it was. but i actually was talking to a friend today who knew a girl who's ovaries got twisted somehow, and she was in some discomfort for a while. completely un-sex related, let alone pregnancy. so that's something it could be. also if she's on hormone stuff i could see that giving you abdominal pain and cramps and stuff, although if this girl is sure it's her actual ovaries hurting.....
