what they should do is this:
ask every customer, if they aren't too embaressed, to tell the guy trying to boycott exactly what they bought and why.
it may do no good but i know some nutjobs can't handle hearing it very long.
there is a lot of bad shit out that makes me think 'this isn't right'.. i see his point, but he is largely misguided.
