I guy came into work awhile back and asked me a question I didn't know the answer to, so I politely told him...I'd have to ask my boss about that one....Then he says to me, "Jesus Christ, do you know anything?" Holy crap....I just envisioned the county coroner at my store later that day.... So I told him I knew all sorts of things, just not what he wanted to know about a product we don't even sell, and I'm not even familiar with. It was rude as hell, and my first instinct was to give him a thrashing right there in the store, but thankfully I have a respectable amount of self restraint. Anyway Z, It sounds like she totally lost sight of who she was supposed to be "helping".
