There are certain physical signs of pregnancy that might manifest over the next few days if she is truly pregnant. The main one that seems to be common to all women I have talked to about pregnancy (including my wife) is that their breasts feel very tender and somewhat hard. I don't know if ovaries hurting is a sign, but I don't remember my wife having that. Like someone said, if she isn't on the pill, her cycle can vary widely.
