Don't stress so much. She may or may not be pregnant. More than likely she is not, however there is no reason to get bent out of shape by it.
What is done is done and no matter what you do you can not change the outcome. You will just have accept and be responsible for your actions. If she is not pregnant, Congrats. If she is then you both need to discuss how you are going to take care of the baby, if you are going to put the baby up for adoption or any other option you may think of.
That is a conversation that can wait till you know for sure. 2-3 days late is not a big deal though.
