Well I don't know for sure, all I know is the biggest two pot smokers I know seem permanently stoned. One will tell me the same stories repeatedly, while the other is emotionless 24/7
Just my observation... I know of no other people like this.
To be fair, two other pot smokers I know smoke all day long and show and work hard at their jobs. Go figure. I think the word for them is "Rastas"
