I have many bars and restaurants that I like, some have come and gone.
Bars I don't frequent like I used to which really means I was a bartender groupie. I used to follow lady bartenders all over the city. Was great because I'd get some great drinks and have good company without that heavy bar bill at the end of the night. Buy backs are great.
Restaurants are a whole different story. One that I've been going to for many many many many many years now is the Vietnam Restaurant on Doyer Street in Chinatown. Good food, very inexpensive, fast service.
