SEC is not the best all around confernce...that would be the PAC10.
SEC is a great football and basketball confernce with some good track programs.
Big Ten is a great football, basketball, hockey, volleyball, swimming and wrestling.
Big 12 is a great football, basketball, wrestling and baseball confernce.
ACC is a great basketball and soccer confernce (football is missing a couple of teams).
Big East is a great basketball confernce.
PAC10 is a great football, basketball, softball, baseball, track, volleyball and all other water sports.
The other conferences are just good except for Rice who won the NCAA baseball last year.
PAC10 is the best all around sports confernce.
