Take some time when you are apart and write down every littlie thing you can think of that you love about her; some will be serious, some mushy, and some funny. You can then dip into that list when she asks. Or, as I did, I just gave my girlfriend (now wife) the whole list (2 pages) at once for the overwhelming effect.
