There's a similar configuator for Gnome, in the Gnome Control Center. Look for the "Mouse" control panel.
wrkime, you should pull down some fresh ISOs. 9.1 has been out for a while, and 9.2 is about to be released. MANY security and package updates, and a much, much better user experience (in my opinion).
If you just installed fresh, now's the time to do it, before you have a bunch of data to back up.
