A friend of mine was hit by an oncoming truck, on the wrong side of the road. His car rolled, fell off a verge and landed upside down. He spent about 2 months in hospital, and now has no front teeth, and most of his head/neck is supported by metal plates, he is really screwed up. Thing is, the OKish person in the car next to him was the only person to call an Ambulance on her cell. The car was in full view of hundreds of people driving past, and not one of them thought to pull over and phone an ambulance. Not having a phone is no excuse, they are every few hundred yards on the motorways.
