Anyone read this series? A song of ice and fire?
If you haven't you should. I just finished the second book of the series and it's earned several stamps of approval from myself. The author is a master of baiting emotion, he changes pace and surprises me almost every chapter. Very good, you should read it.
Also, people get killed in the most fucktacular of ways it brings a tear to my eye.
