Always heard "sloppy seconds" used in a more immediate, porn set context. I admit, I've never really paid any mind to whether a woman has gone out with one my friends. But I suppose, I'd figure that there's a reason she left him, and a good reason she's with me -- or something along those lines. Never really thought about it.
