OK there may be a health risk. The schools probably announced their intentions prior to purchasing and installing the equipment. Such things would have been discussed at public meetings probably. Where were these parents then?
This is why I advocate vouchers for parents who want to homeschool or put their children in private schools. If the schools don't meet the parents criteria then the parents can go elsewhere and the schools don't have to deal with them.
I irritates me that these parents don't seem to be concerned about the taxes that will be wasted in all the legal and court hullabaloo.
If the schools kept this hush hush until it was installed and truely ignored any possibility that this could be a harm to children then I would be upset with them. Personally I don't see this as likely.
