Bingo! I agree with raeanna74 completely on this thought. I very much appreciate the fact that there is a ladies lounge and do not find it degrading one little bit.
If you have a health issue you don't necessarily have to post it here yet at times it is nice to get just a female's perspective on the matter.
I also feel it is a very good idea to have a special place just for the ladies in regards to having new members join us. It is a lot less intimidating for women who perhaps aren't used to sites such as this one to be introduced to one that does have a spot just for "the girls". It takes some of the fear factor away and makes it much more comfortable to get involved.
