The thing that got me is the whole fact that it's in the paper already... they don't know who the man was, but he was probably going to be home that night... so if he has a family, they will read that their father/husband or whoever died in an insane car accident in a paper, rather than having someone contact them.. i would rather not read it in a paper
some things should just be left out of the papers until actions are taken

yeah... what a bunch of dumb fucks.. they should make it a law that if you see an accident.. you must stop

I am pretty sure but not positive that if you witness an accident and leave the scene you can be charged with a very hefty fine.
