Lowe is like a little kid and gets excited easily. If he did anything near his crotch, it is purely a coincidence. He had every reason on earth to be excited.
I never knew how much of a gabber Tejada is until I saw him in this series. He never shuts up. Maybe someone should mention to him to keep running until the play is over.
