It's probably unfair, but I equate your "inexperience" with your age, so I'm guessing you're not very old. Furthermore, I'm guessing that she's not too experienced either, which I again equate with a younger age...
This being the case, I'd say go with
arch13's guide, as there won't be any awkward moments when you ask her to do something she may never have done before (or only rarely). Furthermore, it'll show her you like to take command in some situations, which I've been told is "insanely hot" by numerous females.
