due to the machine gun ban of '86
you will NEVER be able to own / do this conversion.
you need to be a Class II / SOT to make .. then you can only sell to LEO dept and/or .gov agecnys.
yeah its an ammo waster ... but its a FUN ammo waster..
I dont think ANY of the conversions were EVER reqistered prior to the '86 ban.. so you will
never own it as an individual. < less and act of god.. read congress >
on the other hand ,, some Berretas were reqistered as machine guns before the ban as as such,, you can own < depends on your state >
