The bottom line in this case is that the Bucs had 3 different 21 point leads in this game, one with 4 minutes to play, so it should never have been able to come down to one bad call losing the game for them. Their implosion in the 4th quarter is what lost this game for them. They should be embarrassed.
Also, the hitting the punter call where Tupa hopped over to Rhodes and then fell over him was a much worse call. At least that final call was a literal interpretation of the rule. Tupa ran into Rhodes, not the other way around.
