"That's an excellent question. I was originally thinking that it wouldn't
be the same thing as the stigmata are so much more a physical experience
that's supposedly "miraculous" than they are a perceptual one like seeing
future events or reading the thoughts of another person. But on further
reflection it seems to me that they definitely qualify as a perceptual
experience (that perception being touch/pain/physical marking) supposedly
without direct sensory stimulation."
