I gather you don't even orgasm through intercourse? If it is just not being able to orgasm through oral sex, there are lots of people that can't (I'm one). Are you able to orgasm through masturbation? If so, it is probably just mental, and you should just work on it with her and tell her exactly what you like. My wife didn't really orgasm with me consistently until I got her to tell me exactly what she liked and not to be afraid to tell me during. Now she orgasms every single time, but it takes a lot of work and communication.
