I love a few glasses of red wine during dinner, but my favourite thing to do in summer is to sit on my porch in a deck chair with a cigarette and a glass of red and just laze away
I like Cooper's Sparkling Ale and Cooper's Pale Ale, but Cooper's is an Australian beer and I don't think it's exported around the world, so I don't think many people will have heard of it. It's full of sediment and I usually swirl it around a little to mix up the sediment and then let it settle as I get through the bottle. I leave the last centimetre or half-inch of beer in there since it's mainly sediment. It gives a richer flavour that way - as you drink more, towards the end of the bottle, you get that richer, thicker flavor.
In the summer, sitting on my porch, with a freezing cold beer... ah, that's heaven
