About 19" on both sides, but I've been doing this on & off for years and it's been a few weeks off.
So they've been bigger, and they been smaller.
My bi's are my weak point, my tri's are abnormally strong.
Just judge yourself by your own proportion and effort given.
As you age your mass will naturally build.
And as you continue weightlifting safely, you will grow over time also.
1 year is not that significant amount of time, and your bodytype might not develop as easy.
Sometimes taller people have a harder time developing proportionately in comparison to short.
Sometimes some people are skinnier naturally, genetics does come into play.
Try free weights more, try varying your techniques more,
Doing less reps and more weight tends to add mass faster.
For the most part just keep at it,
but remember this is not a race, this is for your personal wellbeing.
